FuturSoft Oy Selects Rahaxi Processing Oy to Provide Swift, Secure, Online, Electronic Payment Processing for its Clients

New Agreement Will Bring Additional Merchant Portfolio to Existing Client Base

HELSINKI, Finland--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 21, 2005-- FreeStar Technology Corporation (OTCBB: FSRT - News), an international card payments processor and technology company, today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Rahaxi Processing Oy (Rahaxi), has entered in to an agreement with FuturSoft Oy, (FuturSoft) a leading provider of information technology and software solutions for the automotive industry in Finland.

The agreement enables Rahaxi to provide FuturSoft's client base with its wide variety of international standard services, including fast, secure and reliable on-line card payment processing. The agreement will allow Rahaxi access to new merchants and will increase its established merchant base substantially. With its ongoing commitments to EMV compliance and services development, Rahaxi will be well on its way to occupying a unique niche in the Finnish, Scandinavian and the Baltic markets.
